Assal–Fialé Geothermal Project
Project Overview
The Assal–Fialé geothermal project is one of the major strategic projects for the development of geothermal energy in Djibouti.
Located in the Lake Assal region, the site benefits from a high geothermal potential, confirmed by previous drilling campaigns that highlighted the presence of high-temperature reservoirs.
This project is part of the national strategy to diversify the energy mix and enhance the value of natural resources.
